Hi all! My name is Lisa Cooke. I'm 22 and 5'11 tall. I have been modeling within Western Australia for some time now, and it has always been something I have just really enjoyed. I do not get fed up of the work, nor do I get tired of the long days on photo shoots, and the hours spent getting hair and make up done. In fact I relish in the idea.

Modeling is not all about the fame and fortune to me. I do it because I love it, and I am passionate about the way you can express yourself through the dynamics of clothing, makeup and great photographers. I have been a state finalist in the 2006 Miss Universe competition, top 50 faces in my state, and Won The Face of Left Bank 2006, 2nd runner up in Miss Hawaiian tropics and Miss University twice.

I hope modeling will take me as far as it lets me. I have no expectations that are unrealistic or outside of my capabilities but I know I can perform well in the industry. I am also determined and committed to any job. My other hobbies include working with people, art, dance, music, singing, rowing, netball, swimming, horse riding, and anything with friends, family and my beautiful boyfriend Scott.

I have studied for the past four years, first in behavioral Science, and then finished my degree in Nursing with Psychology credits. Nursing gives me something no other career could, and if I had my time again I wouldn't change my decision to become a nurse. It is the most fulfilling job, and every day holds a new experience and new hurdle to cross. I have met some truly amazing people along my journey to becoming a nurse. Professional boxers who have lost a leg, young mothers battling with terminal diseases, life saving surgeries and life saving decisions to be made about peoples life are experiences I can encounter all in one day. It truly is satisfying work and we certainly don't do it for the money, that I can assure you.
