Samanda Steele, born July 14, 1982, in Newcastle, Australia, is a model, actress and TV celebrity.

Steele has appeared in TV shows, TV commercials and movies: Dancing for Madison Avenue on the 10.30pm slot Inside Sport covergirl segment filmed in the Phillipines (3 episodes); Inside Sport covergirl segment filmed in Melbourne; Movie "15 minutes" Promotion on both the AFL footy show and Rove; KIA commercial; Cameo role in the hit movie "The Wannabes" Starring Nick Giannopolous; The Price Is Right Model; and Today Tonight Feature 'Too sexy for game show' to name a few.

Born in Newcastle where she spent the first 15 years of her life. At the age of four, she began her classical ballet career which she juggled with living on a farm and school.

Being an only child, she was lucky that she had many animals on the farm for company.

In 1998, she moved to Melbourne to join the Australian Ballet. Throughout her ballet career, she won many championships and scholarships and got honours throughout her exams. In 1999, she gave up ballet due to too many injuries. At this time, she started her modelling career. She still dances, but only commercially, even performing as a back up dancer for the likes of Madison Avenue.

During 2003, she moved back to Newcastle because she missed her family and especially her horses. Every two weeks in 2003 and 2004, she flew down to Melbourne to film The Price Is Right. She decided to move back to Melbourne this year as she found the constant travel draining. She now lives on a 48 acre property in Victoria with her horses, dog and cats.

Outside of modelling, she says she tries to watch as much Rugby League as she can in an AFL orientated state. She gets to as many dirt bike events as possible, go to drag racing competitions and show her beautiful Arabian Horses.
