Nadya Malik

Nadya Malik, born in 1980, is one of Pakistan's very famous models.

Malik got her start in the fashion industry when she first started modelling for the very famous designer Nayna. Malik's Height, her slender physique, and her sexy catwalk made her the queen of the runway. After her first couple of shows with Nayna, many other designers and photographers began to sit up and notice Nadya as a true talent. Nadya started getting offers from many designers but due to her contract with Nayna, she was unable to work with any other designer for two years. After her liberation from her contract with Nayna, Nadya grabbed every opportunity that came her way.

Other than the very successful fashion shows that boosted Malik in the Fashion industry, it was really the Libas magazine cover and center spread for Karma that made Nadya known to millions of people in Pakistan. After her first spread Nadya recieved a contract with Gul Ahmed for one year and then Fair and Lovely. After a succesful year of working with these fabulous companies Nadya was signed up by Pepsi and then Cross Roads. After a lot of success in Pakistan, a fashion show in london landed Nadya in a in Elle Magazine for Prada and Gucci and then Anne Taylor in Vogue.

Malik has worked with a lot of succesful designers in Pakistan such as Nayna, Rizwan Beyg, Karma, Beegees, Deepak Perwani, HSY, Umar Sayeed, and Maria B. Nadya has also worked with foriegn designers such as Prada, Gucci, and Anne Taylor as well as Dior.

Nadya's fame within the fashion industry is aslo due to her incredibly friendly nature. She is a friend of anyone who is anyone in the fashion Industry.
