BIOGRAPHY Marietta Chrousala, born 1983, in Rizari, Edessa, is one of Greece's top fashion models and television presenter.
In 1985 her family moved to Athens. Chrousala won the title Star Hellas in 2003 and was chosen to represent Greece at the Miss Universe 2003 pageant, making it to the semifinals and finishing in fifteenth place. Chrousala had already been working voluntarily since 2002 for the Athens 2004 Olympic games, while she was also chosen after winning her title as one of the celebrities to take part in the Olympic Flame torch relay which took place in various countries and finilised in Greece. Chrousala has a degree from the University of Athens in Mass Media and Communication. She is currently working on her Master's degree in Psychology of Communication.
Chrousala is pursuing a modeling career; she is represented by Ace Models Agency and has appeared on the covers of numerous fashion magazines. She was the co-host of the TV game show Poli Tin Kiriaki for its first season on Mega Channel. Chrousala left MEGA for Alter to make her own show.
