Reese Witherspoon Denies Proposal Stories
Actress Reese Witherspoon has dismissed reports she's engaged to marry boyfriend Jake Gyllenhaal.

It was recently speculated that Gyllenhaal had proposed to the Oscar winner during the couple's vacation in Rome, Italy in October.

However Witherspoon's spokesperson says, "It's absolutely false. There's not one ounce of truth to it." Witherspoon's eight year-marriage to actor Ryan Phillippe ended in divorce on October 5th.

Britney Spears' 16-Year-Old Sister Pregnant
Britney Spears' teenage sister Jamie-Lynn Spears is pregnant with her first child.

Bosses at children's TV network Nickelodeon, where the 16-year-old fronts hit show Zoey 101, have confirmed the baby news.

In a statement given to Wenn, a spokesman for the TV network said, "We respect Jamie Lynn's decision to take responsibility in this sensitive and personal situation.

We know this is a very difficult time for her and her family, and our primary concern right now is for Jamie Lynn's well being." Reports suggest the father is student Casey Aldridge, who Spears allegedly dumped this summer. Jamie-Lynn has told OK! magazine she intends to keep the baby.

Jolie Pregnant?
Actress Angelina Jolie has canceled plans to give a lecture in Italy this week, amid reports she is pregnant with her and Brad Pitt's second biological child.

The Tomb Raider beauty was due to give a talk at the Pio Manzu Centre near Rimini as part of a conference entitled, "The Flight Of The Hummingbird - The Future of Children In The Mind And Society Of The World" - but pulled out at the last minute.

Local newspaper reports claim Jolie cancelled the appearance after discovering she was expecting - and a spokeswoman for the Pio Manzu Centre appeared to 'confirm' the media speculation. Letizia Manjani says, "Angelina canceled last week.

Due to her privacy I can't confirm her pregnancy, but I can say that the Italian newspapers are correct in their reports."

Jolie and her boyfriend Pitt have their own biological daughter, 16-month-old Shiloh, as well as their adopted children Maddox, six, Pax, three and Zahara, two. Pitt recently expressed his desire to expand their family once again by saying, "We're ready for another one."

Portman Regrets Nude Scene
Actress Natalie Portman insists she'll never bare all on the big screen again after regretting a saucy scene in new short film Hotel Chevalier.

The shots of the actress baring all in the film hit the internet earlier this year - months before the movie hit festivals in September.

And Portman admits she's rather upset about agreeing to do something she felt awkward about in the Wes Anderson-directed prelude to The Darjeeling Limited.

She says, "I'm really sorry I didn't listen to my intuition. From now on, I'm going to trust my gut more. Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is say no."

Witherspoon Denies Romance with Gyllenhaal
Reese Witherspoon has hit out at rumors she has been romancing Rendition co-star Jake Gyllenhaal.

The pair have been photographed enjoying each other's company on numerous occasions, but Witherspoon - newly divorced from Ryan Phillippe - insists their relationship is purely platonic.

Walk the Line Oscar winner Witherspoon says, "I have known Jake for years through different friends and he is just wonderful. He's very kind, generous and funny.

It's been nice these past days to laugh a little bit. Yeah, he's great and I look forward to maybe making another film with him."

Mendes: "I'm Not Pregnant"
Sexy movie star Eva Mendes has laughed off rumors she's pregnant, insisting she'll make a terrible mother.

The Ghost Rider star reveals she's not with child and is tiring of stories linking her to babies and marriage. She says, "I don't wanna have kids... I love the little suckers; they're so cute but I love sleep so much and I worry about everything. (And) I feel like the institution of marriage is a very archaic kinda thing.

I don't think it fits in my world today." Mendes claims the latest pregnancy reports came about after she put on a little weight: "I'm off season right now. I'm having the pasta, I'm having the dessert."
