Sophia Bush Seeks Annulment
Actress Sophia Bush has applied for her five-month marriage to her One Tree Hill co-star Chad Michael Murray to be annulled, citing fraud.

The 23-year-old, who separated from Murray, 24, in September, has filed documents with the Los Angeles Superior Court. In October a friend of Bush's told People magazine, "Sophia went into the marriage believing in the sanctity of marriage, and Chad simply did not share that vision." Hollywood divorce attorney Sorrell Trope said fraud claims are "difficult to prove," and advises the star to take the case to the divorce courts should her annulment application fail.

The actress has recently been linked with a number of stars including actors Jake Gyllenhaal and Austin Nichols.

Jessica Alba Sues Playboy
Jessica Alba, who appears in a bikini on the cover of Playboy's March issue, has threatened to take legal action against the magazine. Alba claims that Hugh Hefner & his bunnies are trying to make it seem that she appears nude inside the magazine, by using a photo of her on the cover.

Playboy initially offered to pay Alba to appear on the cover, however she turned down the offer. Desperate, the magazine obtained a picture that was used for promotional purpoes from Columbia Pictures. The image that is on the front of Playboy's cover is a sexy bikini shot from the recent picture "Into the Blue."

Alba believes that the image implies that naked photos of the star may be inside the magazine, and that impliction alone causes the star "immeasurable harm."

Victoria Silvstedt lost her virginity aged just 13.

The stunning Swedish model popped her cherry with a 14-year-old boy in the village where she grew up - but insists she wasn't too young to have sex.

She revealed: "It was in the village in which I grew up, in northern Sweden. It was at the guy's place. I was 13 and he was 14. But I was mature at that age - I felt like I was about 20.

"People in Sweden start earlier than in Britain - it's more of a natural thing to experience it at a younger age."

Victoria claims her first time was amazing and she and her young lover experimented with a number of different sex acts.

However, despite enjoying the experience, the busty blonde claims it was all over too quickly - because the guy was so excited.

She explained to Britain's FHM magazine: "It was a great experience and it was the first time for the guy too. We tried out a load of things but I have to say it was over very, very quickly. I was like, 'Wow, but is that it?'"
