Iman Ali, born in december 1980, is a popular Pakistan based actress and model.

She is daughter of television and film actor Abid Ali and his wife Humaira Ali. From her earliest years Iman showed a great interest in showbiz and always dreamed of becoming a famous actress. Her mother encouraged her a lot and Iman entered the world of showbiz as a model.

Introduced by the very famous photographer and stylist Ather and Shehzad, Iman shot to fame instantly. Iman stuck to Ather and Shehzad and soon became their number one gal. Iman's luck really shined when she got a contract with Gul Ahmed the very famous clothing label. As soon as Iman became the Gul Ahmed Girl she started getting contracts from Various companies right and left. Iman also was the Fair and lovely girl for two straight years. After five years as a model Iman decided to enter the world of acting and was an instant hit. Iman inherited her father's acting talent and was soon offered very important roles. Some of Iman ali's famous Drama's (short movies/short series) are: Woh Saat Din (those seven days) a short series based on the seven painful days of the India Pakistan Partition in which Iman Played an Indian Village girl in love with a muslim man, Jaye Kahan Yeh Dil (where should my heart go) Iman Played a christian girl named Carol torn between her best friend and the man she loves while she searches for her father. One of Iman's other greatest achievments is that she bagged the very famous video of Anarkali( according to legend a royal servant was buried alive in the walls of the king's palace in Lahore for falling in love with the prince) this video with a 6 million rupees budget gave Iman the title of Anarkali of Pakistan.

Iman Ali has been very succesful in the modeling world as well. She has worked with great Pakistani designers like HSY, Umer Sayeed, Beegee, Sonya Batla, and Labels. Iman Ali is also one of the favourite gals of very famous stylist Tariq Ameen.
